Rishika Anya has been a practicing yogi for nearly three decades. She is a a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, spiritual mentor and a certified Reiki practitioner proficient in both in-person and distance treatment. She also is producer and co-host of the

"Into the Mystery" podcast.

Rishika works to help others discover their Divine True Nature through the practice of Yoga; Meditation; Self-inquiry; and Reiki energy transfer. 

She lives and teaches in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
