Public classes will resume this fall for the 2024-25 windy season, most likely in mid to late October. Check back here for updates.

I am available by appointment in El Sargento for private instruction during the off-season. Contact me for details and scheduling.

FORMAT: Classes are open to yogis of all levels; in most postures and sequences I will offer you options to modify according to your body's needs. I recommend bringing your own mat; I do have a few extras to share if needed.
​
PRIVATE YOGA: I am also available for private lessons in El Sargento; please message me for scheduling.

LOCATION: Classes take place in my home studio at Casa Catalin in El Sargento, BCS, Mexico.

MONTHLY PACKAGE: One month of unlimited classes: TBD. (High season only, October-April.)
Pricing is subject to change.
IMPORTANT: Practice is at your own risk. Please take responsibility for your body and stay within your safe and comfortable range of motion. You are always welcome to rest in child's pose or Savasana when appropriate.

DIRECTIONS to CASA CATALIN: About 1 kilometer north of Oscarito's, turn west at the container homes. Then take your second right onto Calle Marlin -- look for the "Yoga -->" sign. Light green house with blue dome at the end of the street. If you come by car, please be mindful when parking that you don't block anyone's access. Bikes can be parked inside the gate.
