Rishika Anya (Kathleen) has been a practicing yogi for nearly three decades. She is a a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, spiritual mentor and creator of the Yoga Ignition online intensive course. She is also the  producer and co-host of the "Into the Mystery" podcast.

Rishika works to help others discover their Divine True Nature through the practices of Yoga; Meditation; and Self-inquiry. 

She lives and teaches in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
