In-person meditation group, socially distanced, meeting in the outdoor palapa at my home. We practice pranayama and meditation for 25-30 minutes, followed by group chat on spiritual themes. Due to COVID, minimal props will be provided, so please bring a mat, cushion, or whatever you wish to create a comfortable seat. I have chairs available if needed. By donation.
