About the Event
Join me for Yoga Nidra (aka "sleep yoga") with intention setting to invoke the energy of the December full moon. We will also do some breath work. Wear warm layers and bring anything ou like to help you rest comfortable in Savasana for about 45 minutes. Mat recommended; I do have a few to share. Cost: 200 MXN/10 USD.
