Adi Vajra and I just posted our latest episode, "Speaking Heaven Into Being." One of the most important things I've learned on the spiritual path is that Heaven isn't a place, per se -- it's a state of mind, or perhaps a dimension of awareness. As such, it is something we help create through our practice and intention.
So what does that mean, exactly? Much depends upon our speech, actions, and habits of perception. Rather than waiting endlessly to "arrive" at Heaven, or expect it to be "delivered" to us, we must each embody it, as individuals. We start by establishing an awareness of Heaven where the material and spiritual "axes" of our experience meet: in the Heart.
